January 16, 2017 in News

Having only one meeting room can often cause difficulties and frustrations when two meetings are scheduled in at the same time and this is where operable walls can really come in handy and prove to be extremely efficient. When in use, they create a structural wall splitting up a room and when they are no longer required they can be folded or stacked against the wall to give back the original open space.

Operable walls can be installed in a range of different environments from meeting rooms and general office spaces to schools and community halls. Many of the operable walls which Spacelink install have the capability to slide, fold or even be manually or semi-automatically operated – whichever option best suits your requirements and environment, we can supply and install. Available in a range of finishes from veneers to vinyl for solid elevations and blinds or manifestation films for glazed walls. In any environment but in particular an office or meeting room, you would require the operable walls to match the existing décor, after all, it is a wall in the office and it can’t be looking out of place. Our team will work with you to ensure that the operable walls which we are installing fit in with your existing décor. Even if there are two consecutive meetings or activities going on, the walls have a sound attenuation of 35db – 57db, meaning you can enjoy complete privacy.

Many work places and other environments would benefit from operable walls, and to find out some additional information on how they could benefit your work place, please contact us on 0800 281 720 or you can email us at info@spacelink.co.uk, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
