Following a major refurbishment, a Hampshire business centre has commenced discussions to get firms into the state-of-the-art facility.

Lancaster Court, located near Fareham on the south coast, now boasts 45,000 square feet of accommodation. Talking about the reopening, Sharron Domanska, the operations director for the owners of the site, Arena Business Centres (ABC), said:

“We are working with a number of companies now to find the right space for them and anticipate the centre to be fully occupied within a short space of time.”

Domanska went on to say that reservations are already building, with the first companies set to move in next year.

As well as the creation of a brand new, modern atrium, there has been large scale investment by ABC into networked communications.

Domanska continued:

“Anybody visiting will be bowled over by the architect-designed reception, atrium and business lounge.”

The installation of suspended ceilings suspended ceilings to carry cabling and an open plan design has already attracted a technology provider to move in.

With the use of best practice office partitioning office partitioning, companies of all sizes will be able to create offices ideally matched to their own purposes. With the space offering great flexibility as well, it will allow offices to be reconfigured as needs change and develop.

The investment into high end communications has provided CAT5e cabling and leading telecoms networks.

Strong internet access has also been introduced to the site.

Now a critical component for firms large and small, it is also a major part of the Government’s strategy to boost economic growth in the UK.
