Ruhrpumpen is an innovative and efficient pump technology company that offers highly-engineered and standard pumping solutions for the oil & gas, power generation, industrial, chemical and water markets. After being approached with a brief and tight deadline, we quickly provided a quote and got to work on transforming their space. 

They were looking to remove their old partition office and two brick walls, well as incorporating a new suspended ceiling with LED lighting, and a new glass partition meeting room close to the entrance to increase privacy.

Chrissie Tatnall, Office Manager at Ruhrpumpen UK Ltd, described that they "went from a hideous 1970s set of offices to a very swish, bright open plan workspace."

We began the project by removing two brick walls and a solid partition to create one large open-plan working space, installing structural steel in one wall to support and reinforce the joists where the other originally was. We also installed a suspended ceiling throughout the open-plan office and in two of the hallways, as well as new lighting, sockets, data points and floor box for the meeting room. We installed double sliding doors to create a modern and professional feel, along with two single glass doors. We supplied and installed frosted manifestation to the glass office to offer privacy for important meetings.
