About Suspended Ceilings

How We Work

We strive to make every client feel important and listened to. That’s why each client is assigned a dedicated project manager – or 2 depending on the size of the job. Your dedicated PM will stay in contact with you throughout the whole project via site visits, emails and phone.

Following your enquiry, we will arrange a chat with you to discuss initial thoughts and ideas. Following this, there will be a site survey meeting to determine the size of the job, take measurements and plan the next visits or meetings. For larger projects, more meetings will be needed.

Next, a prestart meeting will be arranged to clarify everything and run through the programme of works. There will then be site visits once or twice a week as needed throughout the suspended ceiling installation. Finally, there will be a final walk around to get sign off and complete the job.

As most of our work is internal, we use plasterboard, plywood and aluminium frame work for metal suspended ceilings.
