Tek Express is a company located in Crawley, specialising in repairing and maintaining electronic equipment. They had an unutilised office/storage space that they wanted to transform into a modern workshop. They approached us to convert this dead space into a bright and functional workspace.
The project aimed to transform the unused space into a new, modern workshop that met the client's requirements. The new workshop was expected to be brighter, more functional, and more accessible than the previous workshop, which was on the 1st floor and logistically challenging.
During construction, we came across a few stumbling blocks, including discovering damp, but despite the challenges, we completed the project within the agreed timeline and budget. We installed the ESD workbenches, anti-static floor tiles, and new ceiling tiles to the client's satisfaction. The workshops were painted throughout, giving them a brighter and more professional look. The client was pleased with the outcome and commented that the workshop now meets their needs and expectations.
